I have experienced my own and witnessed others’ losses throughout my life. Although it is a natural part of the human experience, it can be incredibly challenging to navigate on one's own.
Healing takes time. It's important to remember that grief is a process, not an event. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and everyone's journey is unique. Also, there is no set timeline for grief, and it's normal to experience ups and downs along the way. Be patient with yourself and know it's okay to seek help. Remember, you are not alone, and there is no shame in seeking support. I look forward to sharing with you some of the resources and techniques I've found most helpful in my practice.
